Apple iWatch: World on your wrist

As Google is busy in putting its wearable computer infront of your eyes and give you a new vision around you with its much anticipated Google Glass, Apple is preparing to make computers more integrated with its new product iWatch. After Companies like Samsung, HTC and Google are coming up with mind boggling gizmos. Apple is trying to keep its crown untouched.

So what exactly will the iWatch do? By any strech of imagination it is not going to be an ordinary wrist watch. Apple has already patented this watch which is virtually a wearable computer and can accomplish many tasks with its multi-touch display. It is said to have an aluminium casing and it would conntect to iPhone/iPad with bluetooth or WiFi. Reading E-mails, text messages and answering calls on your iPhone would become much easier thorough this watch. Apple is still working on the built-in projector through which the iWatch would be able to display videos on the wall. Simply, iWatch will help you tie the world around you on your wrist.




Some other features:

  • Will run on iOS and will be compatible with other wireless devices
  • Location of servises and monitoring of health activities
  • Voice contol via Siri
  • Willow glas, a new felxible glass, is rumored to be planned for use in new Apple products

This much awaited battle of iWatch and Google glass will spawn a new Era of Wearble technology and other companies would jump in and follow up.
